Transcription is the process of converting anything from the spoken word to the written word. If you need a written copy of any dictated material or any spoken material, Ethnic can provide that service to you. We can also transcribe and translate audio/video material from one language to another.

Organising transcription is easy

Off-site transcription

If your video or audio file can be sent to a translator, they can work on it off-site and return it along with a written transcription.

If you need any audio or video material translated and/or transcribed at a certain location, we can organise for an interpreter to attend on-site meeting to complete the job.

Get a quote with the exact duration of the audio/video file.

Send us the file by either:

  • Mailing it to PO Box 1330 Parramatta CBD NSW 2124

  • Emailing it to admin@ethnic.com.au

  • Uploading it to the request form

  • Dropping it off in person

Once transcribed, we will either email or post.

A. Transcription is a lengthy process, so costs vary depending on the length of audio or video content. Costs are calculated per minute of transcription or words.
