Q. How long will I have to wait for a telephone interpreter to be connected?
A. Approximately 2–5 minutes, and charges begin when you are connected.

Q. How many languages do you provide with telephone interpreting?
A. Over 200 languages are available, the same as for on-site interpreting.

Q. How many lines can be connected at a time?
A. We can connect up to 3 lines (i.e. a 3-way conference call).

Q. Do you take credit cards and corporate purchase orders?
A. Yes. We accept corporate purchase orders, as well as Visa and Master Card.

Q. How about confidentiality?
A. All of our translators and interpreters are contractually bound to maintain strict confidentiality in all projects not a matter of public record. If you have a confidentiality agreement you require, we will, of course, be happy to execute that as well.
